Terms & Conditions – Wiltshire Pure Clean

Thank you for choosing Wiltshire Pure Clean. We aim to provide a reliable, friendly and high‑quality service every time. By booking any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These help ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and us.

1. Quotes & Bookings

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided and are subject to site inspection. If anything differs on arrival, we will discuss any changes before work begins.

  • For larger jobs such as roof cleaning, pressure washing, render cleaning or similar, a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 3 days of the clean being completed.

  • We accept cash or bank transfer.

  • Bank details are provided on your invoice.

  • If payment is not received within the timeframe, we may pause future cleans until the balance is cleared.

3. Cancellations & Access

  • We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be chargeable.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property (e.g., locked gate, blocked access, unsafe conditions), the visit may also be chargeable.

  • If your requirements change (e.g., additional windows, change of frequency), please let us know so we can update your quotation.

4. Access & Customer Responsibilities

To help us work safely and efficiently, please ensure:

  • Clear access to all areas being cleaned.

  • Windows are fully closed before we arrive.

  • Any pets or young children are kept indoors during the clean.

  • Items such as garden furniture, plant pots or obstacles are moved where necessary.

  • You inform us of any delicate areas, loose fixtures, or surfaces that may require extra care.

5. How We Clean

Window Cleaning

  • We clean your windows using Pure Water, which is designed to dry naturally.

  • Your windows will be left wet after the clean — please do not wipe or dry them, as this can affect the finish and invalidate our satisfaction guarantee.

  • We do not remove stickers, paint, adhesives or other substances unless previously agreed.

Gutter Clearing

  • Gutter clearing is carried out using professional vacuum equipment or by hand where required.

  • We cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing blockages underground or issues caused by damaged or misaligned guttering.

Pressure Washing / Patio & Driveway Cleaning

  • Pressure washing is carried out using high‑pressure water.

  • Some surfaces may react differently depending on age, condition or previous treatments.

  • We will always advise you if we believe a surface may be fragile or at risk.

  • Certain stains (oil, rust, tyre marks, deep algae) may not fully remove.

 

Render Cleaning / Softwashing

  • Render cleaning is carried out using low‑pressure softwashing methods to protect the surface.

  • Results can vary depending on the age and condition of the render.

  • Some marks may require multiple treatments or may not fully disappear.

 

Roof Cleaning

  • Roof cleaning may involve softwashing, scraping, moss removal or low‑pressure methods, depending on the roof type.

  • We do not pressure wash roofs unless specifically agreed and assessed as safe.

  • Loose tiles, fragile areas or pre‑existing damage will be highlighted before work begins where possible.

  • Heavily moss covered roofs, it may show uncover pre-existing damage that may require repair. 

6. Weather Conditions

  • Window cleaning service operates year round - rain does not affect the quality of window cleaning.

  • Exterior cleaning is weather‑dependent.

  • We may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms, freezing temperatures).

  • We will always contact you as early as possible if a change is needed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • If you are not happy with any part of your clean, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re‑clean the affected areas. 

  • Issues reported after 24 hours may be affected by weather, pollen, birds, or other external factors, so may not be covered.

8. Liability & Safety

  • We take great care with every job, but we cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing damage, including:

    • Loose pointing or brickwork

    • Perished window seals

    • Cracked panes

    • Fragile surfaces

    • Scratched window glass

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if we believe conditions are unsafe or could cause damage.

  • We are fully insured, and a copy of our Public Liability Insurance is available upon request.

9. Deposits for Larger Jobs

  • A 25% deposit is required for roof cleaning, render cleaning, pressure washing and other large‑scale services.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
